Red Rat Craft Brewery  is located in the heart of what is regarded as being the best malt growing region in the world. We hand craft all of our beers using 100% all grain mash and whole leaf hops. All beers are available to buy in casks and bottles and we have a mobile pub that can be used for your own events.

We have been working on a Chilli Beer for The Chilli Company in Mendlesham Suffolk. With Adrian Nuttal’s expertise in all things chilli flavoured (including his jams and ice creams) we have developed a way of drawing the chilli fruit flavours into the beer without obtaining too much of the heat. 27 Squadron The RAF Regiment are

Currently serving in Afghanistan.

They are due to return some time after Christmas and a new edition of Rock Ape has been brewed to help celebrate their return.
